Name: Zaid and Abdul Ghani
Age: 10 and 13 years
Amount needed: 678 JOD
Support provided: Supply of eye drops to maintain eye pressure for six months
ZAID & ABDUL AL GHANI’S STORY
Zaid, 10 years old, and his brother Abdul Ghani, 13, live with their family of six under difficult conditions that worsened after the COVID-19 pandemic. Their father, a carpenter, relied on daily work to provide for the family, but after the pandemic, earning enough for even basic daily needs became a major challenge, pushing the family into unexpected hardship.
Since birth, both Zaid and Abdul Ghani have suffered from cataracts, a condition requiring continuous and careful medical attention. While Abdul Ghani’s condition is currently more stable, both boys need to use prescribed eye drops regularly to maintain stable eye pressure and prevent further deterioration of their vision.
Today, in their second campaign, Zaid and Abdul Ghani need support to help their family continue treatment and secure necessary medical care. Your support today is a real step in protecting small eyes that deserve to see life clearly, allowing them to enjoy their childhood with safety and hope.
