TAHANE’S STORY
Tahane, 29 years old, is a mother of four, the eldest being nine years old. Her husband is blind and was injured in a car accident that left him with fractures in both legs, requiring metal plates. Due to his health condition, he is currently unable to work.
The family lives in a modest house in one of the refugee camps, relying mainly on charity for survival.
A field visit revealed that Tahane’s family is in need of essential household appliances, particularly a gas stove and a refrigerator.
