Qusai’s second and final operation was a huge success! After years, he is now finally walking well!

On January 23, 2023, Qusai underwent a second operation on his left foot. It took four hours and was successfully completed. After ensuring Qusai's complete safety, he returned home the following day.

He will continue taking analgesics (pain relievers) because the surgical site is painful. According to the doctor's instructions, he must lie on his back and move only when absolutely essential. His health is considered very stable.

After a visit to the doctor on January 31, 2023, he examined Qusai’s foot, removed the stitches, and left the rod in his foot (from the heel to the ankle so that the bones could fuse). A cast was placed from below the knee to the entire foot. Qusai must rest and straighten his foot between medical check ups in order to maintain his leg in a horizontal position.

In the month of Ramadan, Qusai visited his doctor, who removed the rod and cast from his leg. As a result, he was able to walk normally, and he was able to return to his life and to go to his school!
