RAJEH’S STORY

Rajeh is a 45-year-old father and husband who lives in the Irbid Governorate of Jordan. He supports his family of six through simple day labor, working dutifully to secure their livelihood.

In the modest, old-built house Rajeh owns, which contains three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and whose area does not exceed 120 square meters, structural cracks and a compromised foundation cause rainwater to seep into its interior. The resulting humidity and emergence of mold threaten disease and illness in the house’s residents Rajeh and his family. The house is in dire need of roofing and other repairs to render it fit to occupy.

With your generous donation, you can support Rajeh in fulfilling his desire to restore and transform his home into a safe, habitable, and comfortable space for his family.
