AMAL’S STORY
Amal, 20 years old, completed her Tawjihi (high school) exams in 2024. Since then, she has made a clear decision to pursue a career in nursing, a profession of compassion and service. She enrolled in the Nursing program at the Arab Community College and is currently in her second year, first semester, with only two semesters left. She continues her studies with determination and perseverance.
By the end of this semester, Amal will have completed 44 credit hours out of the 72 required for her specialization, achieving an outstanding cumulative GPA of 85.5% (Excellent). This academic excellence did not come easily, but it helped reduce her tuition fees and opened a window of hope for her to continue despite financial challenges.
Today, Amal seeks to register for 18 credit hours in the second semester then she will register 7 credit hours in the summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, bringing her one step closer to earning her Nursing diploma and entering the job market to serve patients and those in need.
