NAJWA’S STORY
Najwa, 58 years old, was living in a modest home lacking the most basic conditions for safe living. This led to launching an initial campaign aimed at basic repairs. However, things took a different turn when a generous donor, outside of Tadamon’s network, stepped forward to fully rebuild her home from the ground up.
The old house was demolished, new concrete foundations were laid, structural columns were built, and a full roof slab was completed, all covered by the donor.
Tadamon’s role focused on completing the essential interior works, including plastering, full plumbing and electrical systems, tiling for the bathroom and entrances, as well as installing wooden doors and aluminum windows. These necessary additions increased the total cost beyond the original campaign plan.
Despite the significant progress, Najwa’s home still requires final essential work to become fully livable. This final stage represents the last step in turning the structure into a safe, warm home, one that offers Najwa the dignity and stability she deserves after years of hardship.
