Weam received a full tuition scholarship from her university. Learn what happened
Over several stages, an amount of 89 JOD was paid to Weam’s university, followed by 350 JOD, as partial payments toward settling her accumulated outstanding dues from previous semesters.
Due to the inability to collect the full amount in time for Weam to register her courses, her father resorted to a financing company and took out a loan, which was paid to the university so she would not miss the semester. He informed us of this several months later. Since our shared goal has always been to support Weam’s education, we decided to cover the entire loan amount of 1,720 JOD, paying it directly to the financing company.
We also contacted Al-Zaytoonah University, which provided significant support to Weam in light of her difficult financial situation. She was granted a 100% full scholarship covering her credit hour tuition fees. As a result, we were able to help her complete the final university semester by paying only 350 JOD.
In addition, hospital scrubs and a lab coat were purchased using the remaining funds from the campaign, as these items are essential for Weam, especially since she has hospital training during her final semester.
