The plan has changed from home maintenance to demolition and full reconstruction. Details below

It was initially planned to carry out basic installations and maintenance work on Najwa’s house. However, by Allah’s will and wisdom, what unfolded proved to be better for her. By the grace of Allah, Najwa was granted a significant opportunity when a donor outside of Tadamon expressed the desire to demolish and completely rebuild her house, and this was agreed upon by all parties.

After the completion of the portion covered by that donor, the following work was carried out through your donations:

• A concrete roof slab was constructed instead of installing new corrugated zinc sheets (96 m²).
• Complete sanitary and plumbing installations were carried out from the foundation level, rather than simple maintenance.
• There was no longer a need to raise the entire house with concrete blocks, install new H-beams, or carry out plastering, as the house was fully demolished.
• Instead of installing steel pipes and removing the deteriorated zinc roof, a reinforced concrete ceiling was built.

Due to all these changes, the costs of materials were affected as the built area increased. As a result, kitchen cabinets with marble countertops were not installed, and painting work was not completed. These remaining items will be included in Najwa’s second campaign to complete all remaining works and make the house fully ready and suitable for living.
