Let us give 12 beneficiaries the gift of hearing again.

There are sounds whose true value is only understood by those who have been deprived of them: a mother’s voice, grandchildren’s laughter, the call to prayer, the words of loved ones, and the sounds of life that give people a sense of belonging and connection.

Today, we are launching a humanitarian campaign to support 12 beneficiaries who suffer from sensorineural hearing loss in both ears, ranging in age from 8 to 79 years old. Despite their different ages and circumstances, they share one wish: to hear the people around them and reconnect with the world in a better way.

Each beneficiary will receive two medical hearing aids from the Danish company Oticon, one of the world’s leading companies in the field of hearing solutions. These devices will help improve their ability to hear and communicate, while providing them with greater independence in their daily lives.

The cost per beneficiary is 493 USD, which includes:

• Oticon hearing aids (Danish-made).
• A hearing assessment before fitting.
• Programming and fitting of the hearing aids.
• One-year warranty (excluding breakage and misuse).
• Custom moulds for each hearing aid.
• Two packs of batteries, with a total of 12 batteries for each hearing aid.

A hearing aid may seem like a small device, but for these beneficiaries it represents a new window to life, an opportunity to hear the voices of their loved ones, interact with their community, study, work, and live their daily lives with greater confidence.
