The device was returned to the vendor as per the beneficiary’s request

Tadamon has an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the beneficiary which identifies certain aspects of the medical device (in this case the ventilator) during the duration that the device is being used by the beneficiary. 

 

This MoU ensures the device is taken care of and not ruined, destroyed, or mishandled. Further, that the ownership of the device is for Tadamon, yet in the custody of the beneficiary. 

 

The beneficiary didn't agree to these terms; therefore, the device was returned to the vendor and the donations dealt with accordingly as per our discussion and agreement with the donor. Either the donation was refunded to the donor or transferred to another case.
