ABEER’S STORY
Abeer, 44 years old, lives in Irbid Governorate with her husband and five children in a modest home she tries to keep warm despite limited means. Her husband is the family’s sole provider, working on a daily wage basis loading and unloading goods. He puts in great effort every day to provide for his children, but his irregular income barely covers basic necessities.
As life’s demands continue to grow, the home has come to lack many essential items that the husband cannot afford given his limited resources. Despite exhaustion and pressure, Abeer does her best to maintain her family’s stability and provide a safe environment for her children, but the circumstances exceed their capacity.
Abeer is not asking for much. All she hopes for is to complete the basic needs of her home so her children can live with dignity and safety and feel the stability they deserve.
