A little support goes a long way in helping Rama get through university

The amount covers university textbooks for three subjects as well as transportation to and from university for 38 days during the summer semester of July and August. 

RAMA’S STORY

Rama, 18 years old, finished her Tawjihi studies in 2022 with an average of 81.9%, and enrolled in the University of Jordan majoring in Cultural Resources Management and Conservation managing and preserving heritage resources because of her strong love for tourism and her desire to learn more about Jordan’s heritage and previous civilizations, and later work in this field.

Rama completed 12 study credits in the first semester and now she has registered 12 hours for the second semester and her GPA is 3. She obtained a student loan that covers her current second semester, the summer semester of the year 2022/2023 and the first semester of the year 2023/2024.
